FAQ's




What is canvas works??
Canvas Prints are a unique and perfect way to display your images like a fine art canvas. Photos are printed onto artist canvas with museum archival pigment inks. Color and Black & White. The resulting canvas print can then be stretched and stapled onto a wood artists stretcher bar frame, or mounted on either a paper or a wooden mounting matte. Either mounting option produces a beautifully finished print.

How can I make my payment?
Upon approval of your artwork, you can transfer the money to us via POSB / DBS atm transfer or i-banking.

How can I collect my Master Piece?
You can either arrange a Pick up with our Sales Admin.
Alternatively, for a fee (depending on your location), we can ship your print/s anywhere in Singapore. Our courier service is experience in handling delivery of fragile products.

How long does my canvas print take to produce ?
Our standard turnaround time is 4-5 working days. If you require your print sooner, please contact us to see if it is possible.

How Long can my Art work last?
The canvas prints we create are rated to last between 75 and 200 years without fading. All of the components that go into making a Go. Pop-Art print are acid free and independently tested to be archival.

Do I get a discount if I order a duplicate copy of my Go. Pop-Art artwork in the same or different size?
Yes you do, there is a 10% discount off the additional copie(s) if the artwork piece(s) are the same size. If there are different sizes, the discount will apply to the smaller artwork piece(s).

Can my artwork have color schemes, layouts and styles that I don't see on the site?
Absolutely. We are happy to make a design according to any customer specifications. We welcome customer input and your design options are practically without limit. Using the samples that appear on the site as a reference, you can write your own design preferences in the customer design comments field.

How should I supply my digital images for transferring onto canvas ?
We can accept, JPEG, TIFF, PSD or PDF files. We will check the quality of the image prior to printing. If the resolution is not sufficient, we will contact you to discuss your options.

How do I get my image to Go. Pop-Art?
You can email, post, or upload your image to us using www.yousendit.com.

What is Go. Pop-Art's cancellation policy?
If you cancel before we start to work on your project, you will get a 100% money back guarantee. If our designers already started working on your art piece but didn’t yet print your art we can give you fifty percent back of the full amount. Unfortunately if you cancel your order after we receive your approval and we print your artwork we will not be able to refund you.
